To register for CALOTTO, please go to the website.

  • Go to https://calotto.world and select the "Login" button.
  • Click on "Click here if you do not have an account".
  • Enter the required information on the new member registration page.
  • Click or tap the email you received.
  • Log in and you are done.

How do I log in?

Go to https://calotto.world and click or tap the "Login" button. When the login screen appears, enter your email address and password, then click or tap the "Login" button.

Can I register multiple accounts?

You cannot create multiple accounts; only one account per person can be registered for CALOTTO.

Can I participate in the lotto and games without an account?

No. You cannot use the service without registration; you can only use the service if you have logged in to your CALOTTO account yourself and have funds available.

Where can I report a complaint?

Please check to see if your browser allows pop-ups from the site. You can also add CALOTTO to your list of "trusted" sites to make it appear.

I can't login.

  • Please make sure that you have entered the correct password. If you do not know your account password, you can reset it by clicking "Forgot your password?" in the login window to reset it. Please enter your registered email address and wait for an email to arrive with your new password.
  • Please be aware that if you try to log in too many times, your account will be locked for a while and it will take some time for it to be unlocked. While your account is locked, it cannot be unlocked.
  • In some cases, errors may occur due to cached images or cookies not functioning properly. Be sure to clear the cache and cookies from your browser.

How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password by clicking on the "Forgot your password?" in the login window to reset it. Enter the email address you registered with and wait for an email to arrive with your new password.

When do I need to verify the identity of my account?

You will need to submit your identity verification documents when you make a withdrawal of your winnings or other funds.

How do I know if my account has been verified?

If you have not been asked to verify your identity, you will be assured that your account is currently in an acceptable status. If you have requested verification and have submitted the required documents, you can check the status of the documents and whether they have been approved or not from your profile on My Page. If you need additional documents for any reason, please wait for the detailed information to be emailed to you.

How can I change my personal information after registration?

You can modify your basic information at any time on the website. If you change your basic information or address, please send an email to our customer support with a document proving your new name and address, and inform us that you have changed your basic information.

How do I close my account?

How do I apply for self-exclusion of my account?

To self-exclude your account, please send an email to "support@calotto.world" with your desired self-exclusion period and the reason for your request. The application period is as follows

How can I remove self-exclusion?

There are several steps you can take to remove a self-exclusion. Send an email to support@calotto.world with a request to resume. After you receive a response from CALOTTO, you will have a 48-hour cool-off period before you can resume your account. During this time, if you should change your mind about reactivating your account, you may stop the reactivation process at any time by emailing us.

What is the CALOTTO SPECIAL?

It is a number-choice lottery where you choose 6 numbers from 1 to 26. It is held weekly for a limited time and the winning amount (theoretical value) is $1,000,000 for the first prize. You can purchase at $10 per each.

What is CALOTTO ULTRA?

It is a lottery that selects five different numbers from a list of 1 to 70 and one service number from a list of 1 to 25. The winning amount (theoretical value) is over $30,000,000 first prize.

What is CALOTTO BIG?

A lottery ticket that selects seven different numbers from a list of 1 to 37. The winning amount (theoretical value) is over $7,000,000 first prize.

What is CALOTTO 4?

It is a number-choice lottery in which four numbers are selected. Straight winnings (theoretical value) $100,000-200,000.

What is CALOTTO SCRACTH?

It is a lottery where you can see the winning ticket on the spot. The winning amount (theoretical) is $10,000 to $20,000 first prize.

What is "carryover"?

A "carryover" is a dividend carried over from a previous event. If there is no winner, or if there is a winner but there is a surplus of dividends, those dividends will be carried over to the next first prize.

How can I make a deposit?

Login to CALOTTO and click on "Add Funds". Select the payment method you wish to use and enter the required information including the amount you wish to deposit.

What is the minimum deposit amount?

The minimum deposit amount for a single transaction is $1. However, if you are using a credit card, you cannot make a payment of less than $50.

Are there any fees when I make a deposit?

Depending on the payment method you use, you may be charged a deposit fee. Please check the website of each payment company for details.

I tried to make a deposit, but it failed. What could be the reason?

If your deposit was unsuccessful, the following reasons are possible.

  • The account balance is insufficient.
  • The transaction was not completed within the specified time.
  • You have entered incorrect information during the transaction.
  • There was a problem with the network.

Withdrawal version

How do I make a withdrawal?

To request a withdrawal, please select "Payouts" in "My Page". Select the withdrawal method you wish to use, enter the amount you wish to withdraw, and follow the instructions displayed on the withdrawal page. You will need to verify your identity (KYC) before you can withdraw. You will also be able to withdraw $10 or equivalent in currency.

How long does it take for my withdrawal to be confirmed?

Withdrawals are subject to transaction verification, review and confirmation, so please allow 2-3 business days for your withdrawal to be confirmed. After the withdrawal is processed by your chosen withdrawal method, it will be credited to your payment method wallet or account.

I have confirmed my withdrawal, but the amounts are still not reflected in my account.

It may take a while for the amount to be reflected in your account and be available for use. Please note that regarding details of each payment company is external service of CALOTTO, so we cannot provide it.

Where can I check my withdrawal history?

To check your withdrawal history, you can go to "My Page" and check your "Transaction Details".

Is there a fee for withdrawals?
